All clients who is looking to book an appointment with BrowzbyMich must agree that they are eligible clients for Permanent Makeup procedures. If any client has any of the following medical conditions, the client MUST speak to their doctor about their eligibility and MUST consult with their doctor about PMU procedures. Client MUST also consult with their doctor about any medications that may affect their procedure BEFORE stopping any medications. A MEDICAL CLEARANCE WILL BE REQUIRED. BROWZBYMICH HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PERFORM PMU PROCEDURES IF A MEDICAL CLEARANCE IS NOT OBTAINED.
Clients who may have any of the below PMU contraindications understand that their results may be negatively affected.
Permanent Makeup is not recommended for:
Individuals under 18 years of age (even with parental consent)
Individuals who are pregnant or nursing
Individuals that are allergic to pigmentation and makeup
Botox and fillers done within 3 weeks of appointment
Individuals who use topical steroids, Accutane, Retin-a, or Retinova
Any current sunburn
Allergy to lidocaine or numbing agents
Individuals prone to keloids or hypertrophic scarring
Individuals who have skin conditions on or near eyebrows
Individuals on antibiotics
Individuals on immune-suppressing medication for transmittable blood conditions like HIV, AIDS, or HEPATITIS
Individuals prone to post-inflammatory pigmentation
Individuals who have healing disorders or high blood pressure
Individuals with pacemakers or major heart problems
Individuals who have cancer or ongoing chemotherapy
Individuals who are iron deficient or anemic
Individuals who are on blood thinners or have bleeding disorders
Individuals with a thyroid condition
Individuals with viral infections/ diseases
