Ombré powder brows are semi-permanent brow technique that uses a handheld machine to create tiny pixels of pigment into the upper layer of the skin leaving minimal trauma to the skin. It shades from darkest which is the end of the brows towards a lighter shade at the front of the brows creating that ombré effect.
